The way fine print should be.

Appointments

Appointments are reserved as time — fifteen, thirty, forty-five, sixty, or ninety minutes, yours entirely. A credit card on file is required to book; it is never charged except as described here.

A word on grace: life happens, and VISKO knows it. An honest, occasional miss is met with understanding, not an invoice — these fees exist for patterns, never for bad mornings.

The Karat

Karats never expire. Once purchased, they are yours until used.

Personal to you. Karats are personal to the patient who holds them and may not be transferred to any other person or account, for any reason.

Your price is locked. Every karat retains the price at which it was originally purchased.

How to give VISKO. Gift cards are available in any amount. Karats themselves are never transferable — a gift card is how you give VISKO.

The Membership

Pausing. Pause up to two months per calendar year at no cost; billing and the monthly karat deposit pause and resume together.

Cancelling. Cancel anytime without penalty — all banked karats remain yours.

Member privileges. The locked rate and member-only promotions belong to active memberships, and resume on the next billing cycle for returning members.

Pricing & Refunds

Pricing can change. VISKO may change any pricing at any time, at its sole discretion — the price of future karats on any ladder, and the karat counts on the treatment menu.

Your karats are protected. No change ever alters karats already held: your karats remain yours, at the price you paid. Treatments are redeemed against the menu in effect on the date of service.

Refunds. Unused karats may be refunded at any time. A refund simply rewinds the purchase: karats you've already used are re-priced at what that many karats would have cost on their own, and the balance is returned to you.

No rush, but the door is open. Karats never expire, so there is never a rush — but if you ever truly want out, the door is open and the math is fair.

Gifted karats. Gifted karats hold no cash value and are not refundable.

Payment

Due at time of service. Payment for services is due in full at the time of service — in karats, dollars, or both.

Never below zero. Karat balances never go below zero: a karat exists once it has been paid for, so upcoming membership deposits cannot be spent early.

If you need more karats. If a treatment calls for more karats than an account holds, the difference is simply purchased at checkout — members at their locked rate, all others at current shelf pricing.
