Nurse Vinny's path to medicine began in fashion. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati, studying and interning across the country and abroad in London, before landing at Condé Nast — the leader in editorial publishing — where his design-forward eye was sharpened further. That same instinct followed him into healthcare: a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing, both from the University of Cincinnati, gave it a clinical foundation to stand on.

Today, as Owner and Lead Provider of VISKO Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine, Nurse Vinny brings nearly a decade of hands-on aesthetics experience to every treatment. He is a National Key Opinion Leader for nationally and globally recognized companies in the aesthetic space, and a recurring speaker at the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), the International Society of Plastic Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), the Global Aesthetics Conference, and beyond — known for tackling the field's harder conversations with candor, precision, and a bit of wit.

The result is a rare combination: a provider who sees a treatment plan the way a designer sees a composition, and the clinical rigor to execute it. That same hands-on sensibility built VISKO itself — every detail of the clinic was designed and constructed by Nurse Vinny personally. Outside the clinic, he's a classically trained violist who has performed with the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra and the Denver Philharmonic, a dedicated weightlifter, and, come winter, a fixture on ski and snowboard slopes across the country and abroad.

Dr. Neeraj Sathe, DO, serves as Medical Director of VISKO Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan, followed by several years as a researcher at the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C., where he contributed to the study of dengue fever — its disease processes and emerging treatment approaches. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University, completing his residency and fellowship at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Sathe now practices internal medicine in Denver as a hospitalist with Intermountain Health, following earlier years with Critical Care and Pulmonary Consultants (CCPC). As Medical Director, he brings the same rigor and attentiveness that defines his hospital medicine practice to overseeing the clinical standards at VISKO.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Sathe can most often be found on the water — an avid fly fisherman with a particular fondness for the rivers of Colorado and the flats of Belize.
